Internal Parasites

My female lyretail sword eats readily--even greedily--but has been getting thinner and thinner lately; I'm thinking that it is probably some sort of internal parasite; worms, perhaps, not certain.

What works best to get rid of internal parasites?

I haven't had any success with internal parasites, but I use Jungle Parasite Clear and feed Pepso Food.

I've been having the exact same problem with my lyretail!!!

I have been treating the whole tank with Waterlife Octozin for 3 days...fish is still alive and eating...so we'll see if he survives.
