I'm considering buying an internal filter for my tank; it only filters 100 gallons/hour. The tank is a moderately stocked 32 gallon tank that probably has only 25-27 gallons of water in it because of the sand. Will the filter provide enough flitration if I have good media (I'm going to use ceramic biological media) for the tank?

Currently it's cycled 6X an hour by a HOB filter, but that removes a lot of CO2 from the water and bugs my Gourami.
