Injured Cory

Hye guys, well today i was watching all my fish feed, and i noticed one cory with what looked like a bloodworm on his side. Upon further inspection and consideration, i thought it must be an injury.
All my cories 'shoot' off rapidly when they detect someone quite close to the tank, could he of scraped himself?

Sorry for the green specs of algae, its some ive not been able to reach with my scraper! (its curved at the end!)

If it some sort of injury, likely clean water will be enough to fix it.

Well he does seem to be acting fine, following others, scrounging the gravel etc

Yeah i have some frozen bloodworm i give them time to time, but my peppered prefer my king british catfood pellets to bloodworm
Any specific reason?
