Canyou post the ingredient list, or a link to it? And what fish are intended to be fed this product?

The ingredients should be listed on the back of the packet.

Goldfish (including lionheads, ranchu) need a diet based around plants with some protein.

This is the best I could get for the ingredients, not very clear I'm afraid

First off the OP is in Thailand, so western brands?

I would feed that to goldfish, since they eat enormous bulk of food and digest very little of it. The protein level is low, which is good for them. The fibre content is high for a prepared food, at 5%. That's really important. I don't think a fish that in nature, way back when, evolved to eat decaying plant matter is going to be especially bothered by grains. I don't like the ash content. But it's only 2% higher than the New Life Spectrum brand. And New Life only gives a breakdown of 60% of the ingredients, if you add it up. Someone may know why, and I would love to have that info in case the reasons don't matter.
Omega one is low fiber, so I wouldn't touch it for goldfish. I couldn't find the breakdown for bug bites for goldfish.

There said there is fish meal , squid meal.... i mean wth gold fish eat squid and fish , shrimp , wheat , germ , soybean???
that's totally strange or is it not true or true i don't know i need u guys to research for me, thanks a bunch.....
the brands u suggest all have in thailand and ofcourse thailand is famous in fish and animals etc.

This is a general info response to your question on "meals," as I consider this very important. When the ingredients include "fish meals," or "squid meals," or any other kind of "meal," it means the cheapest and thus least nutritious type of "fish" or "squid" or whatever. Compare the Omega One foods which have "whole fish," "whole salmon," "whole shrimp;" this is the better quality and thus more healthy type of "fish" or whatever. "Cereal meal" is even worse. And I agree with the earlier member who said he would never feed this to his fish. Neither would I.

Goldfish are omnivorous but do need adequate "plant" or veggie foods.

You're welcome not to feed them to fish then.

I avoid processed foods as staples, preferring more natural choices. But those choices are work, and not everyone has time to do that. Non processed foods mean more water changes, time culturing, or time preparing. It's worth it to me because I breed my fish, but for general aquarists, it isn't popular.

If the Omega brand had more fiber, it would be fine. Its ingredients? Salmon, Whole Herring, Wheat Germ, Wheat Flour, Whole Shrimp, Pea Protein, Wheat Gluten, Kelp, Herring Oil, Citric Acid, Ascorbic Acid, Mixed Tocopherols, Vitamin E Supplement, Marigold Extract, Niacin, Inositol, Astaxanthin, Canthaxanthin, Riboflavin, Vitamin A Supplement, Vitamin B12 Supplement.
That's a decent ingredients list with Omega One, but it's still cut with grains, food coloured with marigolds, etc. Processed fish food is what it is, and I really question whether the various brands are that different in what they do.

So original poster - if you bought the food, use it. Maybe on the next shopping trip, you can look at something different if you wish.

@AbbeysDad has a couple articles he researched on fish foods on his blog. May be useful.

"Meal" includes all the useless bits like ground up bones, I do not consider this nutritional. Compared to whole fish, etc. It is a world apart.
