i have an indian high fin barb . would appreciate some info on this species

[Lateral Line]

Nice little fish, Oreichthys cosuatus. I wish I could get some more. I kept them for a number of years in England. Easy to keep and feed, treat as any other small babrb. Peaceful. Should be kept in groups.

There are other species which might pick up that common name, Babrbus arulius for example.
