I got 15 cories and 2 betta girls for the sorority tank.

I just might put them all together. 15 cories and 7 betta girls, so far----far out! :D

I just finished putting everybody to bed. The cories have had dark most of the time. So I haven't taken photos of them yet. I did finally relent and give them frozen bloodworms, frozen mysis shrimp and jarred daphnia. I always give in and feed them.

Tomorrow I will be gone all day. Then in the evening I may get some snaps, They are the cutest. The Pulcher Varients #3 are very unusual looking. And I think the Virginae/Sangama are striking. They are just the most darling.

I am now looking into the one with yellow fins :*) It's just SMB syndrome! Hehe.

So now Inchworm, What's the Happening?

I'll be back with my bad self to shamelessly flaunt my new babies' piccies.

Hi jollysue :)

Well, we just crossed paths. You were making this post while I was writing a PM to you asking about your corys.

I'm so glad that you are happy with your new ones. I have the C. virginiae too and they are so clean looking. While most of my other corys are darker or have colors, they are bright and delicate looking. Of course, once I have them awhile they will fatten up considerably.

BTW, do you have any bronze or albino C. aeneus? If not, I highly recommend them. You can easily find them at any lfs, and no one's cory collection would be complete without some. While they are probably the most common cory, they have a charm all their own. I think of them as the "basic cory."

I will keep my eyes open. I must admit I haven't noticed them at my lfs. They get juliis and Schwartzis and like that. Oh and of course pandas and albinos.

I am a little fond of the yellow finned Melanotaenia or of course some lazer variety,

My lfs has been having a bad bout with culumnaris. I brought it home with some little neons and have been battling it in two tanks for a couple of months.

Well the point is that I have decided to refrain from buying there until I don't see any more sick neons. :look

That Pulcher really is a striker. They look like they are dressed up in little cory outfits with frills. It's very funny. I will try to get a decent pic for you in time. They look like a club of little Lord Fauntleroy's. Very dear.
