OK the question is;
I've been told that apple pips are toxic to mice, is this true?

Hey Wolf,

Are the mice able to climb back out of the tube that leads into the aquarium past of their mansion or is there another exit I am not seeing? Impressive abode!

yes they can. the tubes are habitrail mini, designed specifically for mice and dwarf hamsters. the inside of the tubes have ridges and bumps to aid grip.

I know you are not supposed to feed apple pips to guinea pigs as it can potentially cause cyanide poisoning, I imagine it is the same for mice.

The new set up looks great for them, I'm sure they appreciate the extra room.

I have a habit of eating the entire apple,
