Im Really Getting Worried!

ok so i woke up this morning realizing ,hes got a white bump on his head (kinda looks like a pimple)
its really small and i know for sure its not ick
i searched it might be a tumor

what should i do to help him?
im going to do a water change
but what should i get to keep him better?

also he acts normal, and eating a lot better then before, so its not bothering him

also hes a year old
so tell me if you know anything or this happened to you

no theres no red to it

it is better then in the morning, the whitish coulour is kinda turing back to original coolour of the head, but still bump there

Sometimes they can go on there own,.
If no improvement in a day or two I would use a bacterial med.

and keep you guys updated weather its getting better or worse

im just happy, he is still acting like himself

Just keep a close eye on him for now.
Whitespot will look like a grain of salt on a fish.

Lumps and bumps that suddenly appear are usually bacterial.

yep, ill keep checking and see if he get better, if it hasnt done much or getting worse, im going to get some baterial meds

Is the spot fuzzy? Where exactly is it, as up near the dorsal fin or right on the lips could be a mild strain of columnaris.
