I just posted that i think Jackson has velvet, now i'm not so sure from the pics i've seen.
He looks like a patch of scales have either been scratched off OR they have turned a goldish colour. I took a flashlight to him and it doesn't look like a dusting over him i don't think, i've tried taking a pic but i can't get close enough without it being fuzzy.
Should i treat for velvet just in case that's what it is?!
I always have salt in his water, but should i give him salt baths?
Ugh...this is horrible, i'm treating my 96G for ick right now and i've lost about 7 fish in total from that, i hope i don't lose Jackson.
The other thing that's perplexing me is that he doesn't seem sick at all, he eats like a horse and he's very active.
