Im' not new to keeping fish. but I'm new to breeding fish

I want to start breeding my bettas, what would you suggest for a fry tank, im looking at a 24 litre tank, heater, sponge filter, plants, not sure if a bare bottom tank so if any fry die and i can easily remove excess food then too. but any hints/tips would be appreciated thank you

When I raise my electric blue acara I used a similar sized tank with heater and air pump I didn’t use a filter , I just did daily water changes , at first I had gravel in there and for the reasons of food and mess I took it out it was much easier to keep clean , once they had grew a little more a few centimetres I put the gravel back in with a few plants , but Unless you have a ready cycled filter to add I wouldn’t bother , the tabk being so small will need regular water changes anyways

First, the people on this site are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. That said, I thought about breeding my female because she was full of eggs. I failed but I am an extremely inpatient person and winged it unsuccessfully. I did find lots of good step by step videos on breeding bettas on YouTube. Good Luck! I hate buying wild bettas because it supports a cruel industry ??? so when I found some tank bred females on ebay, I bought 6 ?

Thank you I dont have the fry yet, but i want to start getting everything ready for when i get my bettas to courtship ( think thats the right word aha) and i just want to make sure i do it correct, id be doing daily water changes with an airpipe not a syphon as the syphon would be too powerful i think, and i currently have a small cycled filter just chilling in one of my other

ive watched loads of videos haha, i just want to make sure i do it right as id be absolutely gutted if all my fry died ( im expecting 1 or 2 etc to die as not every single fry will be strong enough etc) but i bought 1 male and 2 females from a pet shop and id rather breed them myself as then i know they are looked after and not mistreated or bred for horrible reasons like fighting
