Yeah, mine had a biowheel.

So Gordon has been a bit... lazy... lately. He doesn't eat much, and he sits in the back top right corner. He has no physical symptoms. Is he just overfed, or is he sick?

It sounds like you may still have some ammonia or nitrite that your test kit is not picking up.
One of the symptoms of nitrite poiosoning is an apparent inability for a fish to "catch it's breath",
Although Lethargy and loss of appetite,  along with a weakened immune system, can also be signs of low level ammonia poisoning
Have you done that large water change yet that I recommended earlier?
Alternately, it's possible that his gills were damaged by the ammonia that was in the tank earlier.
Really, your best bet is to change the water, Salt and ammo-lock can only help with ammonia and nitrite, neither is a cure.

I changed the water yesterday, but only about 25-30%... do I need a 50% change, and BTW, should I let the water get below the filter intake?
