Had a brainwave, how about if i hook another coke bottle to the gang valve (ive ordered a metal one with 4 ways as i broke the plastic one already!) will this be enough pressure?!

If it is they don't work. I tried it and they have a pressure release on each valve. The yeast mix bubbles through it.

Not under the thumb, just don't watch much TV.

The plastic one I used with the notches marked into the dials is sat in my cabinet doing nothing. I'll send it with the plants.

Just remember notch at 12'o'clock = on, notch at 5'o' clock = off
