Ok im gonna buy some potting soil. Any brand in perticular. I dont want one that has some pest things in it mosr natural i think would be the best. If i can find peat moss at walmart ill get it. Its not total nessecary if i have dirt right? Oh and how will i have to dampin the soil . Do i completly dampen it till its like soggy? And ill leave the dish with water. Hopefully this new set up will help me with so much of the crickets drowning. lol k thanks ill post pics when i change the set up hopefully this week.
Well i realized i had soil in the garage. So i did the change. Im putting picks and tell me what y'all think. The questions i posted i still need answers too though. Thanks. Oh and im gonna look for the peat moss.
ww--peat moss is a good thing to have as it helps keep the soil from packing down so much that the toad can't burrow down in it, so it's a very good thing to have (shouldn't be too hard to find). When you dampen down your soil, get it good and moist but don't make mud out of it. From the pics it looks like you probably did a good job. I'm sure your pacman is happy now!
Yeah he loves it and sometimes burrows untill only his eyes poke out. Hes eatin like a pig too! I love your pacmans colors! A beutiful pattern. Im starting to feed him night crwlers and he loves them!
The dirt isnt ass wet as it looks in the pic. Its just that he makes burrows and then gets out of them and it fills up with water.
