Stats are fine, other than a trace of nitrate. But I added some bacteria to counteract that.... about 3 teenage mollies, 1 baby, Cory an a plec.
I notice the clarity of the water was tinted too, so Ive just done a 40% change, and gave the molly a salt bath.... her fins have perked up, instead of being compressed...
Also give the tank a intensive vac, juggled everything about, and churned the gravel and added about 1/2 teaspoon salt per gallon.... according to a website I found can stop fungus grow???
When you say 'fine' what do you mean exactly?
What's your pH and water hardness, and how much is 'a trace' of nitrate?
You may be able to stop fungus growing (but I doubt it, salt never worked for me), but it's better to solve the cause not the symptons .
Columnaris has many disguises it can still present itself in spots, but not salt size spots, sometimes they will have a spot in the centre, or a tinge of red on the outside of the spot.
