Identifying the sex

I've got 3 platties and I want to know if they're male or female. How do I tell?
Pictures would be helpful if anybody as any?

I don't have any pics, but the anal fin (bottom of the fish, just in front of tail) for the male is shaped like a sword, while females have a fan-shaped anal fin.

On the underside of their bodies, female platies have a fan shaped fin and males have a pointed fin.
