Identify this thing

I've had these little things in my tank for a while now. Just wanted some clarification to what they are and if they don't cause no harm. Happy I'm able to upload pics on here now

Yeah i agree it some sort of shelled creature haha.

Some kind of snail? Possibly a very tiny baby pond snail? Or perhaps some other kind of hitchhiker

You guys I'd say are spot on. Looks very likely a limpet. I'd there any way of getting rid of them? I've had them for several months now, a month or 2 after my tank was set up.

Maybe if you have another tank you could feed them to other fish such as dwarf puffers? But if you don’t you could just lower feeding amounts so they don’t have anything to eat, or manually remove them which would be a pain.
