it looks like a koi carp from the pic, how ever cant be sure from that pic will need somethin better to truly ID with.
If it is a koi then it's not a aquarium fish...
And i think they are cool water fish not tropical
They are classed as cold water fish but they do fine in water up to 82F as long as they have good filteration and plenty of oxygen.
This may be true, however for a goldfishes immune system to truly run at full eficency it needs cold water, other wise it can sick easier, also warm water shortens their lifespan.

Yes the warmer it is the quicker it grows and the shorter they live, however their immune system works best at around 22-24C This is why Koi breeders and shower's keep them much warmer than usualy. This is why when it's cold they suffer from several problem like carp pox and in the sumer it goe's to only come back again over the winter then their immune system is low again.
Also klgupta99 dose this fish have barbels on it mouth?
Ye it's a type of carp and these should be in a large pond as they can gor to over 24"
Defo koi then if it has barbels.
That is a good sized tank but the koi still can out grow that in time.
The heater will not cause any problems as long as you have plenty of filtration and aeration as koi and gold fish are very messy eaters.
Although their is a problem with all the fancy goldfish, The koi and common's do rearly well at out competing them for food and this can lead to problem with the fancy's not getting enough food.
