Ideas For New Tank !

Ok got my self a 96litre tank set up on the second day of letting the water settle so havnt got any fish i was told tht on the third day i can add plants and rocks etc i was wondering if anyone had any good ideas also ive got a pic below can some tell me if i need more gravel becouse im not sure ? lol
