i got this very thin long spread-like algae dominating my tank.
I guess it;s kinda like hair algae.

First i liked it cuz it tangled all my moss together preventing them from floating and seperating.
Now i can hardly recognize them.

And it is impossible to get rid of cuz they are 'part' of my moss now (all tangled up). Cant scrap off or anything like that.

So what do i do now?

It's most likely hair algae. I experienced a similar proble with my Hemianthus callichtroides. The best thing to do is to remove as much of it manually as you can without removing the moss. Keep doing frequent water changes and perhaps add some algae-eating shrimp like Caridinia multidentata (japonica) Amano shrimp. These shrimp are excelent at clearing hair like algae. You could also consider adding more plants and check CO2 levels are stable.
