Id Please

No pic i'm afraid but it is about 5" long and similar to a Striped Raphael in markings. The main body colour is almost black with a white stripe running the length of it's body.

They've had it for quite a while and he's up at £19.50 (to me that would be about £15).


Need to know a bit more about him before I can spend my pocket money



Any ideas?

I'm looking on the net for pics but no success so far.

Not quite


It's belly is black, the white stripe only runs around the body about 6mm wide at roughly nostril level.

Nope, neither. I have PMd Nick16 to find out which species is on his avatar because it looks almost identical to that one.

The one in Nick's avatar is Phractocephalus hemioliopterus (like three-fingers suggested). It is just in it's juvenile color form.
