Id My Hitchiker

As confirmed over at PC, this is a hybrid Synodontis. Amazingly, one of the parents appears to be S.decorus (from mitochondrial DNA testing)!!
I can easily see why S.ornatapinnis would be suggested, and that's part of the problem - shops can charge higher prices for a fish that looks close to one of the more unusual species.

Thanks for the confirmation Martin, this was a fun problem. I actually love to try and ID things. Normally it's with reef related things like corals, worms, etc. but fish are fun too.
