Id My Betta Girl?

Hi Everyone

I have a lovely girl for the last few months with the intention of breeding her. As she has grown, however, I have noticed that she has the shortest fin to body size ratio I have ever seen (compared to my veiltail girls) - what do you reckon - is she a plakat female or a veiltail? Do you reckon she is a black orchid?

its a plakat, thats for sure. but im not so certain its female, looks a bit boyish to me. do you have more pics?

I say PK as well, but sex is hard to tell. I'd say it looks orchid. Very lovely!

Thanks for replying, plakat it most likely is then.. she has a very prominent ovipositor and i have seen her release eggs so she's a girly alright

ovipositor is not conclusive at all... but releasing eggs is certainly conclusive
