Id For Tetra

I have been sold 10 tetras, i was told they were albino tetras but looking on the net they arent the same fish

The fish have a red tail, starting from halfway along the body, but only covering the lower half of the body, they have a very very thin blue stripe that runs almost to the tail.

the tail is red

I cant get a picture as they are swimming too quick

we need pictures realy.Might be bloodfin tetra but not sure if they have a blue line.

Look like some either really poor quality Neons, or some "special strain" of Neon which extenuates a poor trait, (there are many). Whatever, if you're happy with them, best of luck.
