Id For Hydra-thing?

Unfortunately, I can't get a photo, because this thing is about 1mm tall, and each of it's arms only a tiny bit longer. It is milky-transparent. The first word that comes to mind is a 'hydra' but I honestly have no idea what this thing is. It's catching something in my tank, as I have watched its arms fold up to where it's mouth would be. Could it be that this thing wont get any bigger, or could it possibly be a tiny coral or anemone polyp?


Edit: Just noticed two more, but they are all on different parts of the rock. So cute :) I hope they're not harmful >.>
 
Definitely sounds like a hydroid, but we cant be sure without a picture. If you cant get one, Google some terms yourself and see what you come up with. Its going to be hard for us, to get an ID without an image, but you know what it looks like! ;)
