Id And Sexing Please

That may be alright, but me personally would try to provide the longest tank possible. But my experience with my common plec is that he is very active. I know most aren't but mine is constantly on the move. Hopefully a more apt pleco expert will be able to let you know what is truly reccommended to house a common.

I should stay away from google. Or better not, depending on whether this is true or not. I read on various posts that the malawis can possibly kill the plecos, plucking out their eyeballs and do other not so nice things. Is this true? If yes, I think I could rehome them to someone who has a full pleco tank, only them and I'd ask if he would like to look after them. Apparently BN are a better option with malawis as they are smaller and could hide faster in case they get threatened. Confused. Hope someone here can help, if not I'll ask the question separately (in case no experts are reading this).

I have a plec in with my malawis. The malawis never bother the bplec. with a good stocking, they will spend their time chasing and playing with their own kind rather than messing with a plec.
