Discus should generally be housed in the 82-86 range. How low was the temp before you increased it?
They also need very clean water. If they don't get it, they are easily susceptible to ick and other diseases.

What are you water parameters?
What other fish are in the tank?
What size is the tank?
How long has it been setup?

Water Parameters are excellent. PH is 6.5

>What other fish are in the tank?

Silver sharks (2 of them)
4 Angles
2 plecs
2 x cuckoo catfish
Mollies
guppies

> What size is the tank?
RIO 400 Litres

> How long has it been setup?

1 year.

The fish seem happy and swimming. After investigating a discuss site, some people have reported Ich type markings on female discuss. They come and go. As the fish shows no other sign's of ich I will leave it.

Thanks

James
