I Want To Get Into Breeding

What are some fish that are not too dificult to breed in a 55gallon tank? I don't want livebearers or convicts, what else would you suggest? Thanks

How about Danio's or White Cloud Mountain Minnows? Or perhaps some types of gourami (their breeding is rather similar to betta's/siamese fighting fish) or corys?

kribs or rosy barbs are easy to breed.

i second celaeno with the kribs, their great fish, have fun persnalities and very easy to breed.

My Slivertips keep on trying to breed in my community tank, but the other fish seem to eat all the eggs and fry

Kribs are supposed to guard their young from other hungry fish... Hopefully I will see first hand in a day or two. I just had a female lay her second batch of eggs.

It's fun to watch the kribs chase away the cories, ottos, and tetras...

i would go with platys,guppies,mollys as a pose to convicts,as the cons are very difficult to rehome,

Bristlenoses are easy to breed and rear and not too difficult to sell.
