They are amazing I'm in love with these fish. I've wanted a few for a while now but price is the problem lol as stunning as they are I can't afford them lol

They're very rare, only living in a small bend of the amazon (I believe) river, and they're quite fragile in comparison to other plecos. It also takes a very long time to get them to sexual maturity to breed them in captive. Given their favorable size and beautiful colors, that all adds up to very very expensive fish

Have wanted these for a long, long time and would have never have thought I'd find them here in my area as Northern Ireland has a pretty poor selection of fish.
