I Think My Heater On The Blink

i think my heater is on the blink as i have tryed to turn the temp up in may jewel rio 300 2 days ago and the water temp will not go above 24c i only notice it was so cold when i put my hand it and it felt very cold so i looked at the temp. it has a 300watt jewel heater witch get hidden in the filter. help plz

I agree, just get another. The last thing you want is for it to stick and kill your fish by overheating.
