I Think My Dog Is Part Cat

Well i have a japanese chin (well i have 2 and another dog) well this one was a rescue, anyway, he is very cat like. He brushes up againsed my legs. He eats like a cat. If you leave your leg on the floor (as in resting on the floor) hes straight over brushing up againsed it. Hes castrated(sp) so is this normal? lol
