Think my bettas depressed or mad or something. I just put in my fourth betta (female) today and my blue betta is looking depressed. She sits on the bottom, and when I fed them, she came up for food, took some, then spit it all out and went back to her plant. Also, the new one (from today) and her seek each other out in the tank just to flare and bump into eachother. Is this normal? Or should I worry and think of seperating them? My original betta (my red beauty) stays out of everybodies way B) and the 2nd newest betta (I added her last week) is adjusting well and seems content to try and be everyone's buddy. Its just the 2 that are at odds. The 2 fighting ones are both kind of blue in color while the 2 tranquil ones are red. Does color maybe play a part in their aggression? Think the new blue is attracted to the old blue? And is my old blue depressed or jealous of the new blue??? Anything I can do to cheer her up? 8) Doubt it, but its worth askin about!
