i think i have gill infection

i think one of my golden barbs has a parasetic gill infection. he is breathing really rapidly and i can see a little bit of red in his gills. he was near the bottom corner of the tank but now he has joined in with the others. if it is that, is it really infectous?

what are the parameters of the water? knowing the ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and ph may help to see if theres something wrong there.

Post water stats to make sure the red gills are not from high nitrites, also are they flicking and rubbing against objects.

ok i just saw one of my bristle nose cats. he is only very small but he seemed to have kind of white patches on him. he has white spots but there seemed to be sort of patches that were a little bit bigger. is this bad?

What are the spots like? Fuzzy? Like salt? Big, Little?

I believe fuzzy ones are most likely fungus
Ones like grains of salt would be ich

If they are white fuzzy patches it's columnaris i'm afraid.
