i did mention that this was my hospital tank, its been running for about 2 years...


ill get more plants... maybe


and ill get a small heater... like a 7watt heater...


im having a hard time getting the frog to eat... stupid thing...

It's easy for a hospital tank to un-cycle if it isn't constantly kept topped up with ammonia or have a small population keeping the filter ticking over.

I'm sure it's fine though, as long as you're keeping an eye on the water stats.

The betta really does need more plants. It's not just for the look of it - fish are much more affected by their environment than we give them credit for. They need places to hide to feel safe and bettas in patricular like plant leaves to lie on.
