I need Help please.....

Hey guys, I recently got an I.D shark and the only thing that the person told me was that he can grow big and can possibly eat any small fish I may have.
Being the curious monkey that I am, I went on line to see what its like.
That's where I read that it can grow up to 4 feet.
Now I don't know what to do...do any of you have this fish too? or know more info on it? Please help!

I think this should go in another section of the forum. Anyway, why don't you just return the fish to the LFS?

go to the lfs you bought it from,
ask to speak to a manager
and in a mature, but unhappy voice
insist on a refund or at least store credit
and tell them how you were misled
if you are young, bring the most aggressive of your parents with you

i am a really good people person and i have a way with words
(sort of like the charm of a deadly snake )
i can charm anyone and have no problem talking to strangers
but someone does me wrong and i bite.... HARD!

i find that going into these situations with subtle aggression (talk confidently, be informed on all aspects of their mistake, and do not back down)
they will look at you as a possible problem and do anything to keep you quiet
what ever you do, don't get upset (don't cry, scream, or throw things )
i have had much succes this way
if you do nothing "wrong" but simply complain, and they raise their voice at you they are in trouble and they know it

Thanks Pointy Kitty, I get aggresive too but in a polite way.
I'm just so upset that I have no choice but to return the poor little fishie and the earlier the better.
I don't really care about getting a credit or anything...just the thought of leaving him there makes me upset.
