I Need A Turtle Tank With Complete Setup

i am willing to pay up to £110 and it has to be big enough for two common musc turtles with complete setup(no turtles or decor needed

For anyone not hot on there turtles it would need:

30 gallon tank
A good filter which is rated for higher tank sizes then 30gallons as they are messy
Suitable heater
Basking spotlight
