I need 40 gallon breeder stocking ideas

Do you think a single grass pickerel or a single green terror would do fin in there?

Do you think a single grass pickerel or a single green terror would do fin in there?

I had to look up the grass pickerel...a native North American fish, and too large for a 40g. This fish attains 11 to 12 inches and would barely have room to turn.

The Green Terror is also too large, at least 8 inches in an aquarium but it could get close to 12 inches.

Do you know of any cool predatory fish or cool cichlids that I could have in there
