I have been missing keeping shrimp for a while.
And As i set up a New larger Tank (6.2G is large to me, as I have been Focusing on tanks under2G).
Decided to collect a group of Cherry shrimps from a friend in Nuneaton - Nearly Every Room in his house has atleast 6 Tanks.
Have been watching them over the last day, Ans they are such Characters.
ATM I am Watching 2 of the largest Saddled Females Fighting over mayfly Thingies(you know the thing they build out of plant matter to live in before emerging). The Female that won, grabbed the thingy and reared up and agressively beat of the other female.
This morning I decided to buy one of those Job Lots from fleabay of Mixed Shrimp, Tiger,BB, CRS, Orange, Snowball. Will see what i get and Will Enjoy keeping them.
I wish I did have the money to buy some of the more specialist shrimp like the Sulawesi species.
