I Lost My Best Friend

on Tuesday this week, my cat, KAT, died. after he had suffered a short illness.

He'd been with me for 16 years, and leaves a, bewildered brother. not a night went passed without him, tucked up beside me, on the bed, and he was never more than a few feet away from me, when i was in the house. indeed, he used to come shopping, and other places, following me consistently.

to be honest, i'm a bit lost. I lost my best mate.

So sorry to hear that. I can totally sympathise as my black moggie Suzie is now 19 and slowing down quickly. Don't know how much longer I will be blessed with her. It is going to be a huge wrench someday too.

She must have loved your company very much judging by the way she was always with you, so at least

you can take heart from the fact that you gave her a very happy and enjoyable life. It's all we can do really.

Kat leaves a massive hole, in the family. we are all sort of in a daze. its his brother, KIT, i really feel for, though. both cats, slept and played together, right up till the end, they had never been separated.
