Seriously though, have you tried a couple of fasting days?
Given your leaves and stuff, this would be harder to do but it might still be worth a try.
I feed shrimp food twice a week and a tiny bit of frozen food twice a week
 
Found a wiggly worm on my shrimp's head this morning and what in the world is on the glass?? Could either of these be the culprit?

If that's a planaria on the shrimp, it's not good news


The other pic looks like a limpet, but hard to tell...those are harmless
 
Well nothing is getting better. I lose at least 4 shrimp a week. I'm not sure what happened but I took the tank down. Bathed the shrimp in some salt and relocated them into larger, cycled tanks. I was able to save 19 out of the original 30+. Here's hoping they thrive with more space and more stable water.
