First of all, pitbulls and other bull breeds are my favorite dogs, and can we say sterotype? Why does everyone think pitbulls are the most evil dogs around? And pitbulls aren't really natural are they, because Man bred them to be more dog aggressive, they didn't just spring up out of the gates to hell. Really, read up on them.
Second, I said he was an ass for doing what he did for the reason behind it, not for the end result. I would have given the oscar away. But the actual killing and eating of the oscar by the p's is what I said was no different from feeding snakes live rats and stuff.
THIRD, I happen to LOVE oscars, I grew up with them, and I would have gotten one if my tank had been big enough. See, that shows how much I love the guys too, because I gave up my dream of getting one at the moment because I knew I didn't have a big enough tank. So don't tell me that because you love oscars it makes your opinion more valid than mine, because it doesn't.
Fourth, that is different. The "pitbulls" would not being thinking of my dog as food, they would be killing my dog strictly to kill. It isn't remotely the same. It is mean, yes, but it isn't the same. And he did own the oscar, in your dog example, you'd have to have stolen my dog, because there is no way I would have let you do it.

That's what got me. Unless they are being asses themselves, but considering the rest of the comment...Face it, the guy was a cruel bastard because he did it for entertainment purposes. That's what I don't like about it. Other than that... some people feed live animals, other don't. But don't preach about it either way. I could care less if someone doesn't like the idea, but don't trample on someone else because they don't believe the way you do.
