I Have Been Busy Today

i have taken the advice given, i do indeed have a sock draw these ones just got thrown in the fish tank cupboard about 6 months ago from new ,lol , lucky it wasn't a pair of used boxer shorts ! haha

lol, i will just say , on a serious note....

that tank was once a thriving fully planted tank until i went to Australia for 6 months , it kinda got forgotten , i had paid a guy to look after it , but he didnt , and ive not found ONE single fish :(

there was over 25 fish in there !

gee sus thats meant to make smellyvision better

ahhh past is past, your taking advice and you cleaned the cabinet out
did u take any pics of the "before socks"?

i have just been and got some sand and filter meduim , so now im going to lay the substrate , heating and filter to the tank, on Friday the fish less cycle testing will begin, ill add pics soon ok :)

lol. Make sure you rinse the tank out good with clean water. The soap from the Brillo pad can kill the fish.

i now need to let things settle, add another bag of sand , and from Friday i will be testing the water every day , once it has cleared, im aiming for high 80`s while i perform the fish less cycle

thoughts & comments are always welcome

The gravel will progressively move and rise through the sand but it does give a nice effect imo with occasional bits of gravel randomly poking out.

LOL never mind the socks, what about the computer mouse, games controller and some sort of charger (cradle) thingie? Please don't get em wet, they won't work ;)

i agree it wont bother me none, if anything will look a little more *genuine* to the fish ...
