Alright well my Betta didn't make it. I went out, bought them a 3 gallon aquarium and another type of medicine called JBL Ektol fluid which I used to no avail.
However, I do want to does my main aquarium with it as well.
It's a Juwel Lido 120 liter aquarium.
Now, I dosed it with eSHa 2000 with the last dose having been yesterday. I did a large water change today and put back in the carbon.
If I do another, much smaller water change, will I be able to dose with this new medication?
Question 2!
The Lido has a built in filter and the JBL instructions say that I must not use this medication with my filter running.
So, I was wondering if I could take out the filter pads and put them into my three gallon aquarium for the duration of 3 or 4 days with the water at 70-75, will the bacteria on the pads survive?
Would sprinkling foot in there to get ammonia started work as well?
I just want to make absolute sure that I have killed off whatever is in this tank.
Also, do I need to change the dosing any because I have Corydora, Oto and Assassin Snails?
Thank you so much!
