I have a Betta and my ph is 8.5

Looking at the videos I can see a betta, guppies, red eye tetras and Glo-skirt/widow tetras (same fish, different names, some call them skirt tetras other call them widow tetras). But I can't see any livebearers other than the guppies.

Both species of tetra are known fin nippers, so the betta and the guppies are at risk with their longer fins. You do have a group of the Glo-tetras but the red eyes also need a bigger group.
The betta needs to be on his own in another tank.

And if I may suggest, the tank needs more tall decor. Tall live plants would be best but if you don't want live plants a number of silk plants would make the fish feel more secure.

But I can't see any livebearers other than the guppies.
On the first video, if you freeze frame at about 1:13, there is a smallish white fish with 3 dark patches. I don't know what it is. If it is a livebearer @emeraldking will know.

You can see my live bearer towards the end of this video, I'm not sure what happen to the other 2 LB I don't see them in the tank. Yes, I will get more plants for my tanks. Gonna be silk plants. I'm also working on buying another tank for my betta. It's going to be 6.5 gallon tank.

Pettygil, you understand that betta are prone to aggression and as such are best kept alone. But, as others have said here, they are also vulnerable. They are slow swimmers and have long fins which make them as easy target for other fish. With this combination of species (and the cat!) the betta is stressed because he is surrounded by predators. He swims up because he needs to breathe air to survive but that doesn't mean he is comfortable.
Stressed fish are more prone to disease and illness but also can suddenly 'snap' and attack. So I agree, a tank for him to live alone will be much better.
I can see why you love your blue guppies, very hansome!

You've got good eyesight :)

I don't know what that is either

Hi both,
About those livebearers: There's one black bar endler male in there. All the rest are guppies. Also the double sword in there is a guppy. I only saw those besides those glow fish.

Btw, betta splendens with longer fins laying on the bottom or staying at the surface close to the glass is normal. There are no concerns when that happens.
