I HAD 8 TETRAS AND NOW THERES 7!

hey,
I had 5 neon tetras, 4 flame tetras, 2 mollies and 2 guppies and loads of fry.
2 days ago I got 5 new fish. 3 new tetras to help the tetras i have to shoal and 2 new marble mollies.
i didn't count them all up as I didn't see anything unsuall all the fish looked healthy and nothing was floating on the top (eg; a dead fish)
But the next day I was counting all my fish to see how the new fish had settled in, but i only counted 7 neon tetras and I counted them like 20 times until i gave up. I counted today and still 7.
I looked in the fiter but nothing and the fish wasn't dead like it was dead on the top of the water. I looked around the tank and couldn't find it.
I don't want ot think of the idea but im coming to the conclusion that its been eatin.... but by what I was told that the mollies and guppies were safe with neons?

What are your water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph, what size is the tank how many gallons, some of my missing neons never turned up so i would say they have been eating the dead body.

I would look in your filter, and around your tank. As gross as it is, you might find him on the floor. Even if he did die, it's hard for me to think they ate him entirely so you could find NO remains. Also look on decorations, when they die the can drift then get stuck.
