In another post you mentioned having a 36L tank in your bedroom, is this the same tank that your now having problems with?
If it is while I strongly suspect that your fish are experiencing some form of ammonia poisoning, there is the chance that body spray/ aerosol deodorant or even hair spray may have got into the tank from when your getting dressed and ready for the day a head. Either way doing a water change with dechlorinated water wont hurt the fish.
