Do you have a pic? They probably aren’t fully feathered, they are fully feathered when you can’t see any scruffiness and they look like little adult chickens.@CryptFan is it normal for them to be almost fully feathered at less than 3 weeks?

You have at least 2 weeks before they are fully feathered. The more you bring them outside the faster they develop their feathers. It dosen't show as much in the photos but they are getting feathers around the base of their head and their head and legs and are feathered everywhere else

I also have a broody bantam hen, she along with the rooster and another hen are a really hard to find sought after breed. They are calico Cochins! So I hopefully will have 4 pure calico Cochins hatch along with 2 Easter egger x calico Cochin and 2 completely random mixes x calico roo.

Yup. he is about a week behind the others with his feathering and growth, that was our first sign... a friend told us that males often have delayed feathering. Then his comb got big practically overnight and he started getting a liddle waddle. Sad because we probably cant keep him, since were in the suburbs. Hes probably one of the friendliest ones tooOh yea that’s a cockerel! They are feathering you nicely, probably another week or two until they are fully feathered!
Make sure you only clip one side!Gonna clip their wings later this week they're getting big!
