Put some plastic plants in the quarantine tank and have a thin layer of dark coloured substrate in it. Make sure you have a picture on the back of the tank to help calm the fish.
Any fish can have hexamita but it normally occurs in dirty tanks.
Fish from Asia, especially common livebearers usually carry intestinal worms like tapeworm and thread/ round worms. I would give them a week to settle down then deworm them all.
