I know this is nowhere near a hurricane, just the tail end of it, but the ESB (electricity provider in the Republic of Ireland) has stated over 6,000 homes in Donegal have now no electric. It seems to have missed us here in south Derry, its a wee bit wet and windy but its just a normal Irish autumn here.
I have family in Donegal but not in the areas the ESB has stated.
What's it like elsewhere?

It hasn't been a good day for me but an old lady a snigger at me :(

very windy here in east lancs but i dont think it helps were not far from the coast (well an hour or so away) so we've got katia and the sea winds that are funnelled directly to us!

dogs wont go outside!

Its windy in London, but a pretty nice day, sunny and everything lol

I k ow it was suppose to miss us anyway...

It's actually got a nice breeze is Essex, but Windy but nothing major, keeps the house cool for free so I can't complain :p

had to use heavy duty pegs so my socks dont end up in next doors garden!!

I'm surprised the main part of it seems to have missed us, as we're about 90minutes drive from Donegal, haven't even had a plant pot blown over

Quite windy here, about 20-30 MPH, I don't think it's even classified as a hurricane any more, just a tropical storm.
