How big does he.really get from actual owners or ex owners please help??? Will he eat small frogs?? If so which kind??

I have seen these upto a foot long, they get quite fat and loose the metalic sheen of youngsters. Depending on dimensions a 75g could work. But I imagine yes they will eat small frogs as they get to adult size.
