Huge Caterpillar!

There I was wandering around in the garden when from the corner of my eye I noticed a gaint green monster!

And yes that is a full grown apple tree that has fallen on top of it! This monster also had a specail talent it could curl itself up and flip about a foot as it chased me down.....Sorry about the head not being in focus I was keeping an eye on that gaint spike on its backside incase it tried to flip that into me

Wow, weird coincidence. I just found a massive caterpillar in my backyard today. I know it's some sort of silkmoth, but I'm not sure which (90% sure it's C. securifera according to the magical internet).

Those are some big caterpillars. I remember when i was a kiddo, i kept one till it grew up into a pretty butterfly. Beautiful memories *sniff*
